In a session, I am able to intuitively "see" and "feel" your present self and your self in the past. I feel and see emotions that you are holding in your body and sense emotional pain as it manifests in a physical way. I use energy to create a lighter feeling in the body while communicating to you your past patterns and paradigms.  Although you don’t have to talk at all, it’s always helpful if you have an intention or specific questions that you want to focus on. Your question(s) can pertain to love, illness, family, business colleagues and personalities, relationships or understanding your own path. I use my gifts to see your soul essence, to reveal its blockages - both physical and emotional - and to help you understand and change your paradigm and patterns, both from this lifetime and those which your soul has carried forward from past lifetimes.
